Dae Han Taekwondo is a Kukkiwon-based school in Ridgefield, New Jersey, dedicated to training body, mind, and spirit through martial arts. Conveniently located on Broad Ave, we welcome students of every age and experience level — from four-year-olds taking their first class to adults returning to training — into a safe, energetic, and family-oriented dojang.

Train under Master Dae Seok Han, a 6th Dan Kukkiwon-certified instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. With 30 years of training across various martial arts and leadership experience as the Republic of Korea Marine Corps Sparring & Demo Team Leader, he brings top-tier expertise to every class. His teaching instills precision, strength, and perseverance, helping students excel both physically and mentally.

Our programs span Peewee and Kids classes, Teen and Adult training, and competitive Demo and Sparring Teams — so students can grow with us at every stage. Beyond technique, we teach respect, perseverance, and confidence that carry over to school, work, and home. Families from Ridgefield, Palisades Park, Fort Lee, Leonia, Edgewater, Cliffside Park, and Fairview train with us, and your first class is always free.
