Program Overview

Designed specifically for teenagers ages 13 and up, this 45-minute class challenges students mentally and physically, helping them grow into confident and capable martial artists.

Whether they are just beginning their martial arts journey or already have experience, teens develop strength, flexibility, and self-defense skills through structured training. Beyond physical development, our program fosters discipline, leadership, and perseverance — qualities that benefit students both inside and outside the dojang.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character. Our program is rooted in the values of loyalty, discipline, and perseverance helping students grow into confident, respectful individuals both on and off the mat.
