Program Overview

Our Sparring Team is designed for students looking to take their training to the next level with Olympic-style sparring in 45-minute sessions.

This program focuses on speed, strategy, endurance, and precision, helping athletes develop the skills needed for competition. Through intensive drills, controlled sparring sessions, and tournament preparation, students refine their footwork, timing, and striking techniques under the guidance of experienced instructors.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character. Our program is rooted in the values of loyalty, discipline, and perseverance helping students grow into confident, respectful individuals both on and off the mat.
